We've designed MOD.RACK for the modern, Lean Battery Room. High density, endlessly reconfigurable and custom branded to whatever colour you like.
MOD.RACK has been designed to maximise the available space. This gives it up to 20% higher battery density compared to traditional racking.
Your needs evolve and change over time and so can MOD.RACK. It can be reconfigured and easily added to, to meet your changing demands.

Traditional battery racking systems are all the same. A welded frame with some conveyor rollers.
If you expand, grow capacity and your needs change, your old racking will limit your sites capabilities. You’ll have to replace the entire system and start from scratch.

Traditional roller beds, have to have clearance on either side of the bed to ensure that the battery sits on the rollers properly. The rollers themselves are side mounted meaning even more space is needed on either side. Our MOD.RACK roller beams can be fitted almost flush with the next roller beam even with the adjustable side stops, eliminating the wasted space.
Absolutely. We use the latest powder coating technology to ensure that the colours exactly match your chosen colours and is 100% acid resistant. Not only can you match your branding on the trucks, in the warehouse or distribution centre, you can match it in your battery room too. When you place an order simply give us your RAL number and we'll deliver the roller beams colour matched.
From the point that the order is placed the entire system will be shipped and ready for installation within 8 weeks. On average, this is half the lead time required for a traditional rollerbed system. Traditional system require custom fabrication, can't be customized, and can be difficult to install.
As it's modular, we've design MOD.RACK to support batteries from 500kg all the way up to 1500kg. You can mix and match between battery types and still have a higher density battery room. From Powered Pallet Trucks to Reach Trucks the MOD.RACK has the flexibility to accommodate your entire fleet.
